Southbank Grand Residential Towers

The Southbank Grand project comprised the Electrical Services Works associated with the residential development at Southbank comprising of 515 apartments, ground floor retail tenancies and seven levels of carpark at 141-155 City Road, Southbank, VIC 3006.

The Electrical Services installation was carried out by Ion Electrical in accordance with Design Documentation, prepared for the project by ALA Consulting Engineers Pty Ltd. The  Electrical  Services  works  comprised  the  supply,  delivery,  installation,  commissioning, testing, placing into service and maintenance of the electrical services including, but not limited to the following:

• Switchboards
• Submains
• Power
• Lighting
• Communications
• MATV System
• Intercom System
• Video Monitoring Carpark Entry System & Alarms
• Security System
