RACV Cape Schanck Resort

Located at Trent Jones Drive, Cape Schanck, Victoria; the redevelopment proposal integrates the existing golf, accommodation and other resort facilities on site within a new centrally located building, designed by Wood/Marsh Architects. The Redevelopment site is an irregular shape comprising approximately 7.6ha and generally includes the existing RACV clubhouse facility, car park and golf driving range.

The new building will be located just south of the existing RACV clubhouse and will involve the construction of approximately 30,000m2 of new build over 5 levels with basement car parking (7 storey rise).

It comprise of 120No. 4.5 star AAAT hotel rooms, dining, lounges, large scale conferencing, pro-shop, health and wellness facilities. It will also include new outdoor recreation facilities, a remodelled driving range / golf practice facilities (separate contract) and infrastructure works. Ion have been contracted to carry out the electrical and communications works.
