ATO Dandenong is a new seven storey building bounded by Robinson Street, Walker Street, Cadle Lane and Halpin Way in Dandenong.

Ion Electrical was contracted by Built to supply and install all electrical infrastructure including communications cabling, Lighting and Lighting control systems, Backup generator and UPS systems.

The development consists of the following areas:

• Lower Ground Level – Secure ATO Carpark, retail car parks, building services rooms and retail (with
• street frontage on Halpin Way)
• Upper Ground Level – Retail, Office, Amenities/Lockers, Security, Bike Storage, building services
• rooms and Loading Dock.
• Level 1 to 5 –office space
• Level 6 – Plant
